The Fray have cordially invited OK Go to join them on a quick jaunt across America, and OK Go has happily accepted. It's going to be the best prom ever. Tour dates are up. Buy your tickets now, because they will sell out fast. And that's a promise.

Do What You Want (Wallpaper Version) on YouTube & TRL
The new OK Go video debuted yesterday on MTV's TRL with all-day premieres on MTVu and MTV Hits. That was pretty awesome. But like beauty and grace, the flavor of that awesomeness will fade with time, unless you vote for it on TRL many, many times. (Voting for beauty and grace is strictly optional).
In the meantime watch DWYW (PV) right here:

Damian's Grammy Acceptance Speech
Because the video category is one of the 70 trillion that aren't televised you didn't get to see the boys thank their strength, their cunning, and Jamie Foxx's grandmother. Not that they would have, of course. That's my daydream, not theirs. Instead, Damian got all excited and thanked his sister, Trish. And then he did a back flip into leg splits, to a roar of applause.
Since he couldn't give his full speech yesterday, he did it this morning. From LAX. Here it is, just for you:
As MP3: doiop.com/okgogrammy_mp3
As Windows Media: doiop.com/okgogrammy_asx
As Real Media: doiop.com/okgogrammy_rm
Also, the new OK Go video for "Do What You Want" will debut this Thursday, 2/15/07 on MTV's TRL, with additional all day premieres on MTV Hits and MTV U. Now that's exciting. Tell your friends.
Thanks for all of your support. You're great.

OK GO WON!
Forget the XM thing. OK Go already won. That's right. They won!!!
I'd like to thank the recording academy, Damian's strength, and Tim's cunning. This is intensely, intensely, intensely awesome.

Tomorrow We Will Be Grammy Winners
Or maybe Grammy Losers. Either way, the boys have been nominated and the awards are tomorrow. You should watch, not because you'll get to see them win (the Music Video Grammy is presented earlier in the day) but because you'll get to see The Pussycat Dolls beat up Keane. Watch the Grammy Awards tomorrow!
Troubadour Show on Westwood One Radio
Apparently Westwood One radio stations will be broadcasting OK Go's performance at the Troubadour in Los Angeles sometime this Monday. No more information has been forthcoming, but if it does come forth, you'll find it here. Or maybe here.

Important Info About London Show
We just got new information about the show at KOKO on Sunday. It turns out that all fans under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Over 18s should have an ID ready. Anyone under 14 and all orphans between 14 and 18 will be denied admittance. Refunds are available at the point of purchase prior to the show. Sorry if this changes anything for you.
OK Go Loves JJJ
And JJJ loves OK Go. Or at least JJJ's listeners do. Triple J, Australia's rock radio megabehemoth has placed "Here It Goes Again" at number 14 on their list of the 100 hottest songs of 2006. Thanks to everyone who voted. Here's the full list, which you can read while listening to all six hundred hours of the original broadcast. It takes a while to get there but you'll be richly rewarded with songs by PB&J and Lilly Allen landing just before OK Go.
Here It Goes Again (UK Surf Mix) on iTunes, Grey's Anatomy
Last summer the boys did a slowed down version of Here It Goes Again in their basement. Last week it ended up on Grey's Anatomy. Today it can land in your iPod. It's the UK Surf Mix and it's up on iTunes. Buy it right here.
Living With The NME
Here It Goes Again has been nominated for an NME award for Best Video. It should be an exciting contest as Robbie Williams is, for once, not eligible for Villain Of The Year. Vote for the boys at nme.com/awards. You'll have to register first, but don't complain--that's just how democracy works.
