Charlotte Show Has Been Cancelled
This is really sad news indeed. Sorry to everyone who already bought tickets and was already lining up to dip their spoons into OK Go's river of rock. There's no makeup date scheduled at the moment, but we'll get the boys back there as soon as we can. It's a promise. Refunds should be available at point of purchase.

How depressing--first y'all cancel on the Myrtle Beach show when I planned to see it, then the Charlotte show goes down? Man, you guys must really not like the Carolinas!

NOOOOOOOOO!!!! Omg this makes me so incredibly sad. We decided 2 stay home 4 thanksgiving because of your show!!!! I was so excited when I heard you were coming to Charlotte. I'm sure your as sad as me so I'm not mad but if you do come back to Charlotte please play at Tremont because my parents won't let me go 2 Amos's southend w/o an adult. Everyone else have fun at the show I'm sure it's amazing.

Hello, OK GO!

My Chicago friends Paul & Betty are guilty for introducing me to your music...now I am a big fan, shamelessly plugging your music and vids to anyone who will listen.

So imagine our sadness that though you will be playing LA's Troubadour, we won't be able to see it (you're sold out!). The irony is we three are working a kids Pumpkin Patch (yes, you heard me correctly - see below for details) - practically around the corner from the Troubadour! It's a 4 minute walk around to Doheny where the Pumpkin Patch will be bustling with Halloween goodness....

So when you are playing tonight and tomorrow - think of us, toiling away for the kids as we hum OK GO songs for solace. Oh Irony - you can be so cruel....

By the way... if you like - do come visit (since we can't see your show). Paul and Betty can arrange pony rides for you - or I could paint your face? Just a thought...

Seriously, just wanted to say, love your music and go rock it tonight!

love,
Piera (and Paul & Betty) - OK GO fans.

I am dismayed. I'm afraid I'll have to break up with you guys now that I've been stood up not once but TWICE with tickets already purchased! Couldn't just take the rock to Ziggy's in Winston? I could guarantee a great, huge, adoring crowd!

And Dennis W. - what's your damage? Are you jealous of Rusty? Play nice. Life's too short to be weighed down by that chip on your shoulder...

My friend Randy says he hopes you fall off your treadmills. While I don't share that sentiment ('cause I'm just so gosh derned fond o' you), I can understand because he has yet to experience the rock in person. He, too, was really looking forward to this.

Really. Why us? Why the Carolinas all the time? Are we not loyal fans? Do we not turn on our friends to the OK Go at every conceivable turn? When you prick us, do we not bleed? (When you stand us up, do we not weep buckets of tears?)

geez louise, i can't believe you can't make it.... that is a cool little venue too . i am a huge fan and i really hope you make it to charlotte soon. i have no doubt that your show would sell out. surprisingly, charlotte has a great little arts community. i work at an arts school and i knew some people going to your show. hope to see you in carolina sooner than later. sincerely, your killer fan with the blues :(

At least you have a better chance of getting them out there in CA than we do here in NC. There was a time I wouldn't have been caught dead at the Troub (hair bands!) but I'd LIVE there to see OK Go a couple of nights!
