Chapter Twenty-Nine: Candy Good Time

Wow, when Tim asks for candy sculptures, he gets candy sculptures. Among the swarm of chocolate Easter bunnies was an amazing "OK Go" logo made of swedish fish and ju-ju fruits, an incredible Smartie ping-pong table and a Hershey Kisses unicorn. Well done, folks... possibly the best audioblog response to date.

This was also a special show for me, as my parents, brother and sister were in attendance (I'm from the Heart of the Commonwealth, the home of the Valentine and the birth control pill--clearly, a city of love--the Paris of the 80's: Worcester, Massachusetts). My family seemed to have a good time though they didn't really know how to respond to my sweet tapered pants.

Love,
Rusty

Hi, guys! I don't know if you remember me or not but I came to see your show in Austin and you were all nice enough to let me interrupt your dinner and get your autographs. I'm the one who's writing a paper on you. It's turning out to be harder than I thought because I have to be non-biased and I can't say things like "omg ok go is lyke the best band ever and they're all totally hawt!" Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for being so cool. You really know how to treat your fans. I'll send you a copy of the paper when I'm done.

Love,
Beppy

Rusty -

Where in Worcester are you from? I'm proud to call that fair city home as well. Maybe we played bombardment together growing up.

Hey guys. This was the first time i heard you guys (beside the queer eye sound track) and the only reason i went was because my sister wanted me to go and she said you guys had the same producer as Franz Ferdinand, but now... I can't stop listening. I usually listen to JPop and German Industrial and no American music(hides the Killers CD). What i'm trying to say is well thanks for playing.

Hi Kate!

bye.

Hey Andy (Rusty?)
So I heard a rumor that you went to mass academy... and you were even the "captain" of the first team? ... I always thought that was colonel stafford or something. anyway... mass academy reunion is being held on december 1st at its new location on the other side of the park... yah, you probably won't be in worcester, but if you are, stop by.
allie (Co-Captain of the first FIRST cheerleading team... seriously, not kidding)

Rusty,
You need the Paris of the 80's tee shirt.
You can get them at Thats Entertainment in Worcester.
